Shop Cotswolds is delighted to welcome their newest member on board, Pimp Your Mayo.
Based locally in Pershore, Pimp Your Mayo started during lockdown when the founder Oscar realised how many flavours of mayo he had in his fridge and the space they took up. By creating finely ground seasoning blends that are designed to be mixed with plain mayonnaise you only need one bottle of mayo whilst the blends can be stored in the cupboard and have a longer shelf life. The blends are created using fresh chillies, herbs and spices and dried in small batches by hand at home.
Pimp Your Mayo launched their mayonnaise seasoning blends at Broadway Food Festival last year.
Since launching, the Chipotle & Lime flavour has been awarded 2 Great Taste Stars in the 2022 awards, whilst the other 3 flavours have been entered in the 2023 awards. The company has now sold over 5,000 jars and are proudly stocked in 15 stockists across the UK, including local businesses Broadway Deli, Wayside Farmshop and Gloucester Services.
