Plenty! Pies was set up by Marc and Kate Birch who make their award-winning pies in their bakery in Nailsworth in Gloucestershire. All the fillings in their range of pies are unique, and all made by hand.
Best sellers include Breton chicken and shin of beef, as well as recipes comprising meat, game, fish and vegetarian ingredients, and have many more fillings that are great for picnics.
They make the shortcrust pastry shell and lid themselves and only use natural flavourings, they don’t use emulsifiers, stabilisers or artificial flavourings.
You will see them at events and farmers markets and they also sell to the trade and pubs, and they make pies for special events such as birthdays, anniversaries and wedding breakfasts.
