The first unit to open at Gloucester Food Dock this coming week will be popular local brewer Hop Kettle.
The venue will host live music, comedy nights and pop- up kitchens along its range of iconic beers ranging from traditional bitters to gluten free and vegan offerings.
Following the launch of the Hop Kettle Brewery Tap Room, a series of staggered openings will be revealed from November onwards.
Other brands taking space at the Food Dock include Sibling Gin, Wholly Gelato and Hetty’s Kitchen.
