Bristol based preserves producer Single Variety Co is expanding capacity through a £200,000 funding via SWIG Finance.
The family business currently produces ten regular products plus a range of seasonal specials.
The new investment will allow the company to double its kitchen production capacity to meet increasing demand. It will also support the launch of Single Variety into foodservice with the “Simply Jam” brand, a range of jams developed for the catering industry.
