Distillation is done in their lovely copper alembic pot still, which produces a very mellow and smooth spirit with no harshness or burn. The result is their “Spirit of Ilmington” Apple Brandy.
They add apple spirit to all their spirits so that they have a hint of apple in the aftertaste. They buy their fruit from the Vale of Evesham and steep them in our Dry Gin to produce their Fruit liqueurs.
