Bentleys Castle Fruit Farm, in Gloucestershire, are specialist growers of tree-ripened apples, pears, and plums, and producers of prize-winning cold-pressed pear and apple juice.
Their farm shop is now fully stocked with tree ripe plums, cherries, gooseberries and a selection of fresh vegetables. They also have juices, jams, chutney and honey. They are open Monday to Sunday 9aCastm – 5pm.
Castle Fruit Farm ahs been farmed by the Bentley family since 2002. The farm consists of some 130 acres and is situated two miles north of Newent on the B4215 road, 12 miles north-west of the City of Gloucester.
The farm has lots of history and has a windmill built in the 1920’s by one Lancaster Burns, which they hope to restore one day.
