There’s so much going on at Bibury Trout Farm, in addition to being the best place to buy fresh trout, it’s a great day out where you can catch your own fish and then take a break in their café. They also have an online shop where you buy the trout fresh or prepared in many different ways.
They are a working trout farm delivering their in-house stock to fisheries, lakes, rivers, fishing clubs and private waters all over the country, as well supplying pubs and restaurants. The sparkling, spring-fed waters of the River Coln gives their trout their delicious, delicate flavour and is smoked daily by hand, using traditional methods. The trout is produced in-house, grown from eggs on the farm.
