Shop Cotswolds member Poco Culina at Planted celebrates their first birthday this month.
Planted provides an inclusive and welcoming community space in Charlton Kings, on the edge of Cheltenham, with a café run by Andy Tibbs of Poco Culina. The venue also provides a refill shop, events programme, meeting spaces and local art.
Poco Culina specialises in creating innovative, plant-based dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Eastern cuisines. The menus are always plant-based, suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.
As part of the environmental charity Vision 21, Planted relies on donations, grants and volunteers to help run the space. They are currently running a crowdfunding campaign to ensure the business continues to thrive for another year.
