Traditional method, three years on the lees (as per vintage Champagne requirements). 100% Seyval Blanc though, offering something different from the usual champagne varieties (brighter, fresher and more fruit-forward). Pairs well with sushi, oysters and goats cheese.

All their products are made from grapes grown on their own land. They are a small vineyard where the grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, and they only make single-vintage wines.
