Shop Cotswolds member Severn Bites has a couple of bakery classes on offer over the coming month.
On 27 July Danielle is running a Simple Sourdough course running from 1.30 to 4 in the afternoon, priced at £90. Learn the art of making sourdough bread in this workshop! From creating and maintaining the starter to shaping and scoring the loaf, all will be covered. This course is not suitable for complete beginners.
Then on August 14 running from 10.30 to 1.00 in the morning, workshop attendees can learn the art of creating delicious sweet buns and breads using a versatile Viennoise dough. This session is ideal for both beginners and those with some experience. The price is also £90.
