Chipping Norton based family business Matthews Cotswold Flour has announced a new scheme to encourage more people into the bakery profession.
The company is to encourage its large community of home bakers to apply to be part of the New Baker in Training Development Scheme. On an annual basis, four applicants will be chosen and given a week’s work experience including an introduction to professional baking as well as a selection of bakery equipment and materials.
