Bristol based artisan chilli sauce producer Easton Chilli has recently launched a dedicated cookery school.
The new programme features a series of experimental cooking classes, with five chilli-focused classes designed to suit all levels.
The school builds on strong demand for the company’s existing workshops – particularly its regularly sold-out “Chilli Saucery: Make Your Own Chilli Sauce” session. The new offering includes a fermentation focussed class, and three classes highlighting saucy dishes from regional cuisines -starting with Thai, Malay, and Sichuan Chinese.
This follows major recognition for the company at the recent Taste of the West Awards, where its Pa Lo Hot Sauce was named champion in the Sauces & Accompaniments category.
