Food and drink innovation centre The Food Works has an extensive line up of expert workshops running through the autumn at its Weston-super-Mare base.
On 19th October there is an in person workshop focusing on Starting up your Food or Drinks Business. In November Food and Drink Photography and Videography will explore the latest trends, tools and technologies for creating visual content for brands running on 2 November. Coming shortly afterwards on 7 November will be Meet the Experts: Food and Drink Marketing and Communications focusing on how to get brands noticed in a crowded market.
Finally on November 14th, there will be a workshop on Introduction to Auditing, SALSA Scheme Focus, a free event which will highlight requirements for food certification.
