Cotswolds based FarmEd will be holding a talk on 21 May on Farming Regenerative Whisky.
Running between 11.45 and 14.00 the team behind the Fielden Whisky brand will talk about how they are trialling “no chem regen” a low input form of farming that they use to produce the rye, barley and wheat needed for their English whisky. Fielden works directly with farmers to grow their own grain.
There will be a tasting session of Fielden Whisky after the talk, followed by lunch and a chance to network.
