Bristol based Circumstance Distillery has released its first aged English rum.
The rum was made from 100% South American molasses fermented on a mead yeast for 14 days. It was then distilled through a copper hood and 4 plate column before being aged for three years in an cask that had previously held coffee bean conditioned rye whisky.
