Andy, the Head Chef at Poco Culina, will be sharing his knowledge and experiences with dealing with local producers and what’s important to him as a chef and business owner.
Lindsey Holland, the owner of Cleeve Hill Hotel, is our guest speaker, will share her insights into food wastage and how we can all do our bit, and will give us the top tips on how to improve your pitch to hoteliers.
We also have Claire Dovey from Good Food Cheltenham who will speak on ‘Sourcing good ingredients to work with, and Environmental concepts to think about’.
