The SoGlos Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards for 2024 were announced last week with The Artisan Baker winning the Food/Drink Producer of the Year.
Founded by Ori Hellerstein, the business caters for gluten free, vegan and no sugar dietary needs and places an emphasis on eco friendly practices. Two bakeries in Cheltenham and the Five Valleys Shopping Centre in Stroud are open daily to the public and the Artisan Baker also supplies other venues in the region such as Gloucester Services.
The Highly Commended award in the Food and Drink category was given to Elmore based Wholly Gelato. Winning awards for their milk and gelato, the business also opened at Gloucester Food Dock at the end of last year.
In the Pub/Bar of Year Award, Gloucester Brewery came out as the winner with the Highly Commended position going to Stroud Brewery.
