The Chocolate Bar is a small chocolate and cake company situated at Taurus Crafts near Lydney in the Forest of Dean. They make cakes and confectionery to delight using organic chocolate and other ingredients as locally produced as possible.
In addition to the large selection of chocolate bars, chocolates and chocolate dipped fruits and nuts, they also bake cakes daily on site. They sell some in the shop and some you can sample in the Taurus Crafts restaurant.
Let’s not forget they also make other types of confectionery to include some old-time favourites such as Florentines, Nougat, Toffee and Marshmallow.
