Great to see Humble Crumb Bakery at Gloucester Quays yesterday.
They make super chunky cookies and beautifully iced biscuits all made by hand and can be ordered for fast delivery across the UK, or collection from their bakery in Quedgeley, Gloucester.
They use local produce in and around the Cotswolds to make their cookies using organic flour from Shipton Mill, fresh free-range eggs from Ermin Park Eggs, and butter made in Wiltshire.
