We started Shipton Mill in 1979 to mill flours from the most fantastic grains, working with like-minded farmers who promote biodiversity.Our flours are for all bakers and cooks, united by their passion for good foods.
Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 05:30pm (GMT)The office is closed during the week end however if you wish to collect flour on a Saturday morning, our miller will be here 9am-11am.
