FarmEd is running a lunchtime talk on a New Approach to Farm Ownership.
The event will take place on 26 March between 11.45 and 14.00 at the Chipping Norton base of FarmEd.
Brendan and Alice Parsons, third generation tenant farmers at Rush Farm, in 2014, welcomed over 500 co-owners to protect the farm and become biodynamic in perpetuity by creating the Stockwood Community Benefit Society.
The pair will share the highs and lows of this unique and interesting way of farm ownership as well as how they work with the Stockwood Community Benefit Society to make sure that the farm is a successful business while embracing the requirements of a co-owned farm.
