A new macaroon business has just opened at Five Valleys in Stroud.
Bon Macaron offers 12 different flavours of the traditional sweet offering, as well as a range of hot and cold chocolate drinks to take away or enjoy on site.
The new business is run by patisserie chef Josh Ambridge who operates Choux Bun Appetit, a small batch patisserie located at the back of Sandersons department store.
