New Podcasts for Farmers’ Mental Health

Responding to research conducted by the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI), local farming celebrity and Cotswold Farm Park owner Adam Henson is hosting a new podcast series devoted to highlighting and improving farmers’ mental health and wellbeing.

The research from RABI found that one in three farmers have issues with depression, with over 90% of farmers aged under 40 ranking poor mental health as the largest hidden issue facing people in the sector at the present time.

The first series of Keeping on Track features 10 episodes, each one 20 minutes long, exploring themes including financial worries, sleep issues and loneliness.

It is available now to stream on all podcast platforms.
