Shop Cotswolds member Pipp & Co is expanding its range available direct to the consumer.
Until the present most of its sweet and savoury pastries have been on offer only to trade and wholesale with consumers only able to purchase doughnuts and cruffins.
During January the business has launched three new baked products on the market, a butterscotch and pecan knot, a plain croissant and an almond croissant, which will be available to all customers.
According to co-owner Bettina Evangelista “This marks a new chapter for Pipp & Co, and is part of a broader expansion, as we move way beyond our original doughnut offering.”
