Shop Cotswolds member Poulton Hill Estates has recently launched its first ever vermouth, called Phoenix.
The spirit is available at the cellar door for £25 or online for £25.99.
The vineyard has also outlined its series of events for the season starting with a wine tasting at the cellar door session on 27 April and 25 May followed by the first tour and taste sessions running through June.
