Under a beautiful blue sky, Shop Cotswolds spent a great morning at the Cheltenham Food and Drink Festival over the weekend.
Now in its fifteenth year, the festival attracts around 20,000 visitors and is classified as a well established event on the annual Cotswolds agenda.
With such an array of fantastic local food and drink on offer, the event allowed shoppers and tourists the opportunity to sample and purchase all the Cotswolds has to offer.
Ranging from larger, more established brands such as Cotswold Distillery to smaller emerging businesses such as Pimp Your Mayo and Grandbar Snacks, it was a great opportunity for us to meet new contacts, renew old contacts and hear the amazing stories behind the brands.
Some of the highlights for us included:
o A beautifully presented cup of coffee from Fire and Flow
o A tempting treat from the likes of Cotswold Vegan Bakery, The Sugar Rose Kitchen, Sisu Pancakes and Hetty’s Kitchen
o Hearing about the carefully curated cocktail selection boxes from No Lo Cocktails
o Sampling great tasting drinks from Anon Drinks, Bristol Cider Company, Beckfords Rum and Sherston Teas
Already looking forward to next year’s event and continuing to build the Shop Cotswolds community.
