APPLE BRANDY BUTTER
Made extra special with Spirit of Ilmington Apple Brandy @spiritofilmington
Ingredients:
• 150g unsalted butter, softened
• 150g icing sugar
• 3 tbsp Spirit of Ilmington Apple Brandy
Method:
Beat the butter until light and creamy. Gradually add the icing sugar, then slowly mix in the Apple Brandy until smooth and silky. Chill until ready to serve.
Perfect melted over a hot Christmas pudding — pure festive heaven.
