Step and Stone trainees did a great job on sales and chatting with everyone who stopped by their stall at the Horizon House volunteering fair a few weeks ago.
@step_and_stone_lavosh create multi-award winning lavosh flatbreads and biscotti that are handmade in small batches in their artisanal Bristol bakery, working alongside people with learning differences to close the employment gap.
Step and Stone use the finest quality ingredients which are sourced as locally as possible to make their lavosh that come in 6 flavours: Classic, Poppyseed, Rosemary & Sea Salt, Smoked Paprika & Cayenne, Seaweed, and Sesame, all suitable for vegans.
They also bake 2 flavours of biscotti: Hazelnut, Cardamom & Orange, and Almond, Fennel & Lemon. In 2023 they released a new product: their Walnut and Cheese Biscuits, made with Old Winchester cheese and Shipton Mill flour.
