Cotswolds based The Artisan Baker has announced that the business is to take on extra space in the Five Valleys shopping centre in Stroud.
The baker was an original trader when the centre opened five years ago and states that steady demand for its produce is now allowing the business to take on an adjacent unit in the retail centre’s food hall.
According to owner Ori Hellerstein, “The additional space will give The Artisan Baker the much-needed room to expand its baking capacity and meet the growing demands of our wholesale business. It also enables the team to broaden its popular range of baked goods and introduce a brand-new café area, offering breakfast, brunch, and lunch options, as well as fresh sandwiches and toasties.”
The Artisan Baker has achieved success with a similar format in Cheltenham’s Imperial Square.
