The Chocolate Bar is a small artisan Chocolate Business based in the Forest of Dean.
They use local ingredients wherever possible, and they use only organic chocolate. Their range include well-known flavours like vanilla, orange, ginger and Barbados rum, and the more unusual like carrot, raspberry and chilli and hot mandarin.
They also make marshmallows, toffee, honeycomb, as well as chocolate covered fruits and nuts.
In the shop, they make cakes and pastries, doughnuts and brownies, cookies and Florentines, and they can make things to order. And they run workshops too.
