The Cotswold Scotch Egg Co, based near Birdlip in Gloucesterhire, make their free range scotch eggs by hand. They are cooked on their farm where they their rare breed pigs and hens roam free.
Over 95% of the ingredients is from within 15 miles. The meat, eggs and herbs are from their farm.
