Their Damson Gin Liqueur has been blended with Spirit of Ilmington Dry Gin. Its selected botanicals are enhanced by the unique flavour of apple spirit and lovely ripe damsons from the nearby Vale of Evesham.
Damson liqueur is crafted from damson plums, delivering a rich and fruity flavour profile. It’s sweetened and infused with the distinct taste of these small, dark purple plums. The resulting liqueur is deep and flavourful, with a balance between sweetness and tartness. Enjoy it on its own, use it as a key ingredient in cocktails, or incorporate it into desserts for a unique twist.
