Based near Stroud, the company offers a range of delicious dessert syrups, mulling syrups, preserves, marmalades and chutneys.
Starting life as a herb and goat farm in the mid-1980s, the business has evolved since then, introducing a range of speciality food products. Selsley is particularly renowned for its gourmet mulling syrup offering. There is also a new range of fruit-based syrups which can be added to cocktails, sparkling wine or even poured over icecream for a fantastic dessert option.
Selsley also offers a number of gift options including a ginger beer making kit and a spiced apple friendship cake kit.
