Offering a range of breadmaking workshops from a bright airy kitchen in Gloucester or online on a one- to- one basis. In addition to beginner and intermediate classes for yeasted and sourdough breads, seasonal classes are also scheduled.
Tutor Danielle Ellis is a professionally trained bread baker having studied at Ecole Banette in France.
