Shop Cotswolds is delighted to welcome its newest member on board, Step and Stone.
Based in Bristol Step and Stone is an artisan bakery working with talented bakers with learning differences in order to improve their employment prospects.
The bakery makes award winning lavosh flatbreads, biscotti and cheese biscuits using top quality local ingredients including flour from Shop Cotswolds member Shipton Mill, extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil from Somerset and savoury English sea salt flakes.
The lavosh flatbreads come in six delicious flavours, whilst two flavours of biscotti are on offer. Last year the bakery launched a new product, walnut and cheese biscuits.
Products are available in a wide range of outlets across the region including food halls, delis and farm shops.
