Shop Cotswolds member, Wild West Cider is pleased to announce two of their four new drinks.
A still amber wine, containing a blend of varieties from their vineyard, including Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Siegerrebe. The grapes are handpicked and allowed to ferment on the skins for 10 days before pressing and finishing in stainless steel tanks.
Wild fermented with no added sugar or sulphites, unfiltered and unrefined, it is a refreshing and characterful reflection of the verdant North Somerset countryside.
The second product @wildwestcider is now offering is a blend of classic cider apple varieties including Dabinett, Harry Master’s Jersey and Michelin. Cold racked to slow down and arrest the fermentation naturally, leaving just a touch of sweetness. With hints of apricot and soft tannins. No added sulphites.
