Shop Cotswolds was delighted to be invited to the VIP launch of the Wild West Wine and Cider Tour just south of Bristol yesterday.
In the afternoon sunshine we were taken on a tour of the beautiful vineyard and orchard with the chance to taste the business’s very first wine vintage produced on site at Failand Farm.
This was followed by a visit to the cidery to hear about the processes involved. Using hand-picked apples and grapes from local orchards and vineyards, Wild West crafts unfiltered, unpasteurised cider.
The afternoon finished with a chance to view the new Flagstone Lodge meeting space opened up by Wild West plus the opportunity to sample their ciders paired with local cheeses.
The Wild West Cider & Wine Tour and Tasting Experience is now available to book. Every Wednesday and Sunday, small public tours are on offer. Private group bookings also available.
