Lindsey Holland, the owner of Cleeve Hill Hotel, is our guest speaker, will share her insights into food wastage and how we can all do our bit, and will give us the top tips on how to improve your pitch to hoteliers.
We also have Claire Dovey from Good Food Cheltenham who will speak on ‘Sourcing good ingredients to work with, and Environmental concepts to think about’. Finishing off with a joint session with Lindsey and Claire, under the umbrella of the Cheltenham Food Board, on ‘Recognising the journey of an ingredient from start to end’ and looking at ‘do your ethical values match your commercial plan?
